Edgar Huerta, a real estate agent in Tucson specialized in luxury properties, partnered with Boreas Digital Media to create a professional and functional website.
The goal was clear: design an attractive platform to showcase property listings in real time, build trust with potential clients, and provide the flexibility to manage and grow his digital presence with ease.
The project officially began in early August 2025 with a challenging timeline of just 30-40 days. Since the client already had printed business cards pointing to his domain, it was essential to launch the website quickly to align with his marketing efforts and avoid losing momentum with prospective clients.
From the start, our approach was guided by two complementary goals: creating a digital presence that projected a sense of luxury and exclusivity—qualities essential for a realtor specialized in high-end properties—while at the same time highlighting Edgar Huerta’s approachable and human-centered service.
This balance was carefully reflected in both the design and the written content. The website was built with WordPress and Oxygen Builder, featuring a clean UX/UI that combined elegance with functionality.
The content, adapted from the client’s original texts, was refined not only for clarity and SEO optimization but also to emphasize the personal, client-focused experience that sets Edgar apart.
A central feature was the MLS integration via an IDX plugin, allowing the site to display real estate listings in real time with seamless navigation. To further elevate the brand, we carried out photo retouching that enhanced both property visuals and personal branding elements, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. In parallel, we configured Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console, giving the client a strong foundation for performance tracking and informed decision-making.
The project concluded with the deployment of a secure hosting environment managed by Boreas Digital Media. This infrastructure is optimized for speed, reliability, and long-term growth, and it also includes SSL, and firewall protection
