Transforming an Accounting Firm’s Online Presence with WordPress

VTX Business Consultants, a professional accounting and tax firm, partnered with Boreas Digital Media to rebuild their entire website from scratch.

The original site, developed on Builderall, presented serious limitations in usability, speed, and SEO performance. By migrating the site to WordPress, we gained full control over structure, optimization, and design—creating a modern, functional, and search-friendly website that reflects VTX’s professional standards.

This project began as a full rebuild rather than a traditional redesign. The previous Builderall website was difficult to manage and lacked flexibility for both content and technical optimization. The goal was to recreate the same structure within WordPress using Oxygen Builder, ensuring faster load times, cleaner code, and full compatibility with advanced SEO tools.

The initial development was completed in less than a week, with a focus on accurately migrating all existing content and visuals while improving layout consistency and UX flow. After launch, we continued refining on-page elements—titles, meta descriptions, and structured content—to enhance visibility in search results and improve user engagement.

Throughout the process, we also optimized imagery with photo retouching, implemented responsive layouts, and improved the navigation experience to make financial information easier to find.

Finally, the project was completed with the setup of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console, ensuring complete visibility into performance data. The new site is hosted on Boreas Digital Media’s secure infrastructure with SSL, firewall protection, and continuous performance monitoring.
